I cannot remember a time in my life when I didn't have a dog. I love all animals (except for creepy or slimy ones). Years went by... I became an adult, married a wonderful man and was blessed with four beautiful daughters. For many years I dreamed of breeding dogs. I learned from other breeders, I bombarded vets with questions, collected and read medical books, etc. I originally began breeding Miniature Schnauzers because of their intelligience and the fact they do not shed (a biggie for me). I still love Miniature Schnauzers...just can't help it! In 2003, my husband stumbled across the Mi-Ki breed on-line and it didn't take long for us to fall in love with this rare breed. We couldn't find anything negative about them...very intelligient, healthy, non-shedding, and because of their small size...extremely portable. Our first Mi-Ki fur baby, Talia, joined our family in 2004. I've often heard the expression..."Mi-Ki's are just like potato chips...you can't stop with just one!"
